We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means we build with semantic markup, keyboard support, visible focus states, descriptive alternative text on images, and animation that respects your prefers-reduced-motion setting.

In the salon

If you have a specific need for your visit — quieter chair time, a particular entrance, additional time at the bowl, or an extra hand — let us know when you book and we will plan around it.
